Most of our infrared saunas plug into a standard 120V, 15 amp outlet, so no electrician is needed. Larger models and traditional saunas with a stove need a 240V line, and we list that on every product page under the specs. Assembly is clasp-together and takes two people about an hour.
Saunas, cold plunge tubs and vehicles ship by freight carrier. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window and drops the pallet curbside. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, ship directly from the brand or its authorized distributor and arrive in 5 to 10 business days anywhere in the contiguous US. Check the boxes before you sign. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it or refund you in full.
Yes. Shop Pay Installments, provided by Affirm, is available at checkout on eligible orders. Affirm decides eligibility and shows you the number of payments, the amount of each, any interest and the total before you agree.
You can return it within 30 days if it's unused and in the original packaging; a 25% restocking fee applies. If it arrives damaged, is defective or isn't what you ordered, we replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. Terms for change-of-mind returns are in our return policy.
Electric and gas dirt bikes, go-karts, ATVs and UTVs are for off-road use only. Most e-bikes from Heybike and JasionBike are Class 2 or Class 3 and can be ridden on the road in most states; check your local rules. Every product page states the intended use and the manufacturer's minimum rider age.
